Shipping & Returns
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 12 noon on the same day, using a next working day delivery service. Please note some items are shipped from separate warehouses and may take up to 3 working days for delivery.
Orders shipped to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and other areas of the UK outside the mainland are subject to a delivery charge and shipped on a 2-3 working day service.

Returns Policy
If our products fall below the high standards, you expect, please return them within 28 days, and we will happily refund or exchange the goods, provided they are returned as sold, with all the original packaging.
Procedure For Returns
Call us on 01530 249030, quote the delivery note number at the top right of your delivery note and state whether you would like a refund or an exchange.
