Delivery of stock items
We do our best to ensure that orders received before 12pm are dispatched the same working day on a 24 hour delivery Monday to Friday by Courier for deliveries within the UK. Items sent to Northern Ireland, Eire, Northern Scotland or outside of the UK will sometimes take longer.
Delivery of non stock items
Please note that non stock items are dispatched direct from our suppliers. Orders will generally be received by yourself within 3-5 working days of placing your order, you will be notified if your order will take any longer. Non stock items are marked NS on your dispatch note (see bottom of dispatch note for details). Custom made/bespoke items may take longer, please check at time of ordering.
Delivery charges
Costs are subject to the overall weight of the consignment. Carriage will be calculated accordingly at checkout.
All products are sent out Next Day Delivery.

As above (under Delivery of stock items) timed next working day deliveries (Monday to Friday) are available if you order by phone before 1pm and your products are in stock. These deliveries will incur a surcharge, please phone 01530 249030.
Please note that additional charges may apply for Northern Ireland, Northern Scotland and the Channel Islands.
International – For deliveries outside of the above areas you will not be able to order on line, please phone or email for delivery charges.
I would like my order to be delivered or invoiced to an alternative address, can you arrange that?
We can deliver and invoice to any address, however all orders need to be signed for so please only give home addresses if there will be someone there to sign for your parcel, unfortunately we cannot specify a delivery time.
I have only received part of my order where is the rest?
If your order is quite large it may be sent in two or more parcels, they are dispatched at the same time but sometimes get separated in transit, the complete order should however arrive within two working days. Non stock products on your dispatch note will be indicated with the letters NS (via manufacturer) to indicate that it will not be included in the parcel. If in doubt please phone us on 01530 249030.
Very occasionally an item may be out of stock and will be dispatched separately. If the delay is likely to be more than a few days we will contact you to let you know.
Missed Deliveries
If a delivery is missed, please contact the carrier in the first instance.
If redelivery is not possible, please contact our team for assistance.
